"Accounts worked kinda well"
I grabbed a few accounts and they were all valid. Had no trouble logging in, so I’m kinda happy with how it went tbh.

"Feels reliable to me"
I’ve been using it for a while now, my gut says it’s dependable. It works most days without any fuss, and I haven’t run into any major issues so far.

"Delivery was okay, but a bit slower than others"
I ordered from The Altening and the delivery wasn’t instant on my end. It took around 20–30 minutes, which isn’t terrible, but compared to a few other sites I’ve used where things showed up almost right away, it felt a little slow.
Everything did arrive eventually, so I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience. I just wish there were better updates while waiting, or that the delivery was a bit faster. Overall, it was fine, but not amazing, so 3 stars feels about right

"Replacement was good, refund took a little longer"
The replacement worked fine, and compared to some other returns I’ve dealt with, this one was reasonable. The refund for the faulty one took a bit because support had to check it first, but it did come through in the end. Overall, fair experience.

"Support actually did the right thing"
I had a small issue with my order, so I reached out to support they got back to me faster than I expected. They explained what had gone wrong, fixed it without making it feel like a hassle, and didn’t try to dodge responsibility. That’s how customer service should be handled

"Too expensive and no one to talk to"
It just didn’t feel worth the price to me. For what you get, it seems way too expensive, and what made it more frustrating was that there wasn’t really any human contact when I needed help or had questions. It all felt kind of impersonal
